35-year-old Frankie Manuel Moran was arrested for aggravated assault in Fargo, North Dakota. Moran assaulted two people and threatened to shoot officers if they entered his home. Police called in the Red River Valley SWAT Team, and after unsuccessful negotiations, they used a chemical irritant to remove Moran, who now faces two counts of aggravated assault and is being held at the Cass County Jail.
