The property, designated as a parsonage, allows Hilliard to enjoy a property tax exemption. The estate features 6 separate houses, a main house with multiple bedrooms, amenities like a home theater, hair salon, banquet hall, and an oversized pool. The church is considering selling other properties to support ministry and outreach programs.
