Tampa Police Department's Cpl. Jesse Horn, working since 2007, was arrested for DUI in Pasco County, Florida, while off-duty. The incident happened on southbound U.S. Highway 19 in New Port Richey, and Horn has been relieved of duty pending a criminal investigation.
