Spacecraft Juice will make a 'world first' fly-by Earth approach on April 1, 2022, as part of its mission to study Jupiter and its moons. Launched in April 2021, Juice will pass Earth at a distance of 10,786 km, collecting data for scientific research and navigation. This fly-by also serves to test the spacecraft's systems and prepare for future Jupiter missions.
