The event featured Highland sports like caber toss, hammer throw, and sheaf toss, and showcased Scottish fare. Organized by St. Andrews Society of Maine, next year's event aims to attract actor Graham McTavish of "The Hobbit" and host the Men's Heavy Athletics World Championships, similar to the Olympics of Scottish Highland Games.
