Cleveland police seek public help to find kidnapped woman, Jessica Taylor, last seen on Sunday morning at the 3400 block of West 92nd Street. A man reportedly fired shots, attacked Taylor, and forced her into his white 2012 Cadillac SUV/Model SRX (license plate KCW1797) before fleeing eastbound on Maywood Avenue. The suspect is a tall, bald white male in black clothing. Anyone with information is urged to contact 911 or 216-621-1234.
