Canadian Councillor Steve Desroches visited Gothenburg, Sweden's Kviberg cemetery, where eight Canadian war dead are buried, honoring them and their sacrifices during WWI and WWII. The cemetery, maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, holds graves of Canadian servicemen who died during naval battles and bombing raids. Desroches laid a wreath on behalf of the Canadian charity "No Stone Left Alone," which educates youth to honor veterans.
