13-year-old students in Broward County, Florida face felony charges for making false threats against schools on Snapchat. Two arrests were made before the start of the academic year. The Broward Sheriff's Office is currently investigating two additional threats that may lead to further arrests. Both students were charged with making written threats to kill or cause bodily harm, conducting a mass shooting or act of terrorism, and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.
