80-year-old Sirhan Sirhan, convicted for RFK's 1968 assassination, had his parole denied for the 13th time. The next parole consideration will be in three years. Governor Gavin Newsom previously overturned a 2021 recommendation for parole, stating Sirhan poses a current threat to public safety. Sirhan was convicted of first-degree murder and assault and is serving his sentence at the R.J. Donovan Correctional Facility.
