47-year-old Daniel Riggs, a missing Mount Pleasant man since 2015, was identified as the deceased in a submerged SUV found in Georgetown County. The vehicle, found by volunteer divers from Rapid Compassion Collective, had his remains inside, confirmed by the Charleston County Coroner's Office. The cause of death remains unknown, but Riggs had a history of depression and relationship issues.
