Binghamton police arrested 23-year-old Logan D. Tribe-Filhart after finding 47.94 grams of methamphetamine in his vehicle, along with drug paraphernalia. Tribe-Filhart initially faced charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree. Following a search of his residence by the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, he was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
