42-year-old Howard Nichols was shot and killed at Edgerton Park, Kansas City, Kansas on August 15. Deputies found him with gunshot wounds and rushed him to the hospital, but he later died. The Wyandotte County Sheriff's Office is investigating the homicide and urges anyone with information to contact the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS. This marks the second homicide investigated in county parks this year.
