9th Circuit Court suspends enforcement of California's "one-gun-a-month" law pending appeal.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has suspended enforcement of California's "one-gun-a-month" law, which limits the purchase of handguns or certain rifles to one per month. The Court reversed a stay issued against an injunction against the law, following a lawsuit by the Firearms Policy Coalition, claiming the law violates the Second Amendment. California may now appeal to an en banc panel on the Ninth Circuit.
