Pennsylvania warns to discard BeiHollow Farm's raw milk cheddar cheese due to Listeria contamination.

Pennsylvania Dept. of Agriculture warns to discard BeiHollow Farm's raw milk cheddar cheese due to Listeria contamination in two tested retail packages. The cheese, aged 60 days, was sold by the Dauphin County producer, who has not recalled the products or cooperated with the investigation. This is not the first time warnings were issued for BeiHollow's raw milk products. Consuming raw dairy products can cause severe infections, and pregnant women, the elderly, young children, and those with weakened immune systems are at higher risk.
