Missouri has issued a second massive cannabis recall, affecting over 133,000 products from C&C Manufacturing, LLC and NGWMO LLC. The recall, which more than doubles the size of the state's first recall from last year, involves 2,650 products tested too early in the process and 133,000 products from C&C Manufacturing LLC that were not properly tracked in the state's seed-to-sale tracing system. No adverse reactions have been reported involving recalled products, and the state advises patients and consumers to stop using the products and return them to the dispensary.
