Marylebone High Street ranks 23rd in a list of Britain's best high streets according to a study by firstlight in collaboration with American Express (AMEX) and GlobalData. The research, involving 2,000 consumers, identified factors that make a successful high street, including an attractive mix of retailers (67%), good parking (62%), independent pubs and restaurants (52%), and ample entertainment and leisure options (36%). The study also found that 73% of shoppers believe their local high street will be important to their everyday lives in 10 years.
