Delhi govt to initiate cashless medical facility for 20,000+ retired Delhi Vidyut Board employees. Power Minister Atishi announced the approval, with Delhi Transco Limited managing services for those retired before April 2002. Post-2002 retirees will be covered by generation companies and distribution companies. The cashless initiative aims to resolve pensioners' issues with medical reimbursements.
