Colombia increases security at top courts after discovering a model of the Palace of Justice containing explosives.

Colombia has heightened security at its top courts in Bogota following potential attack threats, after police discovered a model of the Palace of Justice containing explosives and ammunition. New measures include advanced surveillance systems, anti-explosive gear, drone monitoring, and specialized security units, also extending to other courts across the country. The move comes in light of the 1985 M19 rebel group takeover of the Palace of Justice, resulting in over 100 deaths.
