Bangladesh govt will cover medical expenses of students, citizens injured during anti-govt protests against quota reform movement. Health Services Division instructed private hospitals not to bill injured, and govt will bear costs for those receiving treatment at govt hospitals. A committee formed by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare will investigate casualties during the movement, where a preliminary UNHCR report states 650 deaths.
