38-year-old mother-of-five, Lisa Bishop, was jailed for 26 months for participating in a violent far-right protest targeting a hotel housing asylum seekers in Bristol. Along with two others, she caused fear among residents and nearby police officers, who were protected by a small cycle police team. Bishop expressed disgust and shame over her actions, which cost the city £385,000.
