40-year-old Joshua Lighton from North Liberty, Iowa, was arrested in Davenport on 15 counts of child pornography charges, including sexual exploitation of minors and purchasing materials. The investigation began after a hidden camera was discovered in a bathroom on Calvin Street. Lighton had 38 images depicting underage males and females in various states of nudity, with ages ranging from toddlers to early/mid-teens.
