63-year-old Jack Russell, founding vocalist of the rock band Great White, passed away on August 15th after battling multiple system atrophy and Lewy body dementia. Russell was forced to announce his retirement from touring last month due to his inability to perform at the desired level. A public memorial will be planned at a later date to honour Russell's legacy.
