27-year-old Florida woman Jessica Rapsys was reported missing after her car was found abandoned in Allendale County, South Carolina. Rapsys was last seen on her way to visit her aunt. Authorities found her car near railroad tracks on a private property with a flat tire and the keys inside. The Allendale County Sheriff's Office is conducting an active search and, as of now, does not suspect foul play in her disappearance.
