UK Foreign Office updates Thailand travel advice with passport requirements and visa extensions details.
The UK Foreign Office has updated Thailand travel advice, stating that passports must have at least six months' validity after arrival and one blank page. Visitors can stay for tourism or business purposes for up to 60 days, which can be extended by another 30 days. For other purposes, a visa is required before travel. Overstaying can lead to fines, detention, deportation, or a ban on re-entering Thailand for up to 10 years.
