TC Energy Corp sells Portland Natural Gas Transmission System to BlackRock and Morgan Stanley for $1.14bn.

Canada's TC Energy Corp. has completed the $1.14bn sale of the Portland Natural Gas Transmission System to BlackRock Fund and Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners. The deal includes the assumption of $250m in debt and brings TC Energy closer to its $3bn asset divestiture goal. The sale proceeds will be shared based on the partners' ownership interests prior to the transaction.
