Swedish firm Odevo acquires Finnish property management leader Retta Isännöinti, strengthening its position in the Nordic region. Retta, managing 150,000 homes and 6,000 customers, will continue to operate under its own brand as a sister company to Kontu in Finland. This acquisition supports Odevo's mission to lead the residential property management industry through the combination of people and technology.
