Sinn Fein supports a potential sunbed ban in Ireland, based on the Chief Medical Officer's (CMO) advice. Party health spokesperson, David Cullinane, states they'd act on the CMO's public health recommendations, including a ban if suggested. Tánaiste Micheal Martin also supports the idea. Currently, CMO Professor Mary Horgan is studying sunbed risks and will advise on a ban's necessity.
