The North West's property sector remains the UK's top real estate investment destination outside London and South East, attracting £970m in H1 2022. Despite a 7% decrease compared to the region's 10-year average, the UK saw a 25% dip in overall investment during H1. International investors accounted for 52% of the total investment, and the "living" sector attracted the largest proportion.
