Milwaukee Brewers star outfielder Christian Yelich, 32, will undergo season-ending back surgery after attempts to recover through rehabilitation were unsuccessful. Yelich, who had a .315 batting average this season, will miss the rest of the season as he focuses on recovery. The Brewers currently lead the National League Central. Yelich plans to return at 100% for the 2025 season.
