Egyptian ship MV Wadi Albostan, carrying 55,000 metric tons of iron ore, was seized at Paradip Port, India due to a financial dispute with a German firm over low-sulfur marine gas oil delivery. This marks the third ship arrest at the port in four months. Under admiralty law, ships can be detained for maritime claims relating to ownership, construction, possession, management, operation, or trading.
