34-year-old Pensacola bicyclist killed in Chemstrand Road accident; not wearing reflective clothing, lacked rear red light. The cyclist was struck by a 24-year-old driver from Jay, Florida. The incident occurred at the intersection of Chemstrand Road and Breezy Acres Road at 6 a.m. Escambia County EMS medics pronounced the cyclist dead at the scene. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating.
