18-year-old injured in boat crash, collided with Holland South Pier; investigation ongoing.
18-year-old passenger injured in boat crash at Holland South Pier. A 26-foot boat, operated by a 69-year-old captain, collided with the pier at 10:15 PM on August 14th. The youngest passenger was thrown into the water and suffered serious, non-life-threatening injuries. She was rescued by another passenger and taken to Holland Hospital. The incident is still under investigation.
