26-year-old Bradley Thomas Moore from South Carolina was arrested for kidnapping after deputies found him hiding under a blanket at his home. Deputies were initially at Moore's residence to serve outstanding arrest warrants and found a woman who claimed Moore had threatened her and would not allow her to leave, leading to the kidnapping charge. Moore's original outstanding warrants were for driving under suspension and habitual traffic offences, with bond set at over $16,000. Moore will need to wear an electronic monitoring device if released from jail.
