TV presenter Andrew O'Keefe to face trespassing, intimidation, and court order charges in court on Aug 22, pleading not guilty.

Former TV presenter Andrew O'Keefe will challenge charges of trespassing, intimidation, and contravening a court order, stemming from an incident in July where he allegedly threatened a man in Sydney. O'Keefe's lawyer, Jahan Kalantar, requested a week-long adjournment and indicated that O'Keefe would plead not guilty when the case returns to court on August 22. O'Keefe, who has faced legal issues related to drug and mental health struggles, was released on conditional bail after initially being held in custody.
