Six Flags New England is adding the Quantum Accelerator, a dual-launch straddle coaster, as its 12th roller coaster in 2025, marking a first for New England. The immersive steampunk-themed ride features hover-bike vehicles, speeds up to 45 mph, and 11 moments of airtime across 2,600 feet of track. Six Flags New England's President, Pete Carmichael, believes the new addition will redefine the family thrill ride experience.
