The Port of Oakland and the Northwest Seaport Alliance, including the Port of Seattle and Port of Tacoma, have joined the U.S. Department of Transportation's Freight Logistics Optimization Works (FLOW) initiative. This expands FLOW membership to include approximately 95% of West Coast inbound container volume.
