Pharmacies in highly segregated areas are more likely to restrict buprenorphine dispensing, exacerbating healthcare disparities, especially in Black & Hispanic/Latinx communities where overdose fatality rates rise fastest. Future health policies should target dispensing capacity to improve equity.
