LA Rams QB Matthew Stafford left practice early due to hamstring tightness, described as precautionary.
Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford left a joint practice with the Dallas Cowboys early due to hamstring tightness, though it was described as precautionary. Stafford missed the second half of the session, but remained on the sideline in pads and showed no apparent signs of injury. Stafford's absence from the practice allowed backup Jimmy Garoppolo to take part with the first-team offense and enabled second-year quarterback Stetson Bennett IV to work with the second team.
