Enero Group plans to negotiate the sale of its 51% stake in adtech platform OBMedia by end-2021 amidst a challenging technology and adtech market, which impacted OBMedia's net revenue by 8%. The firm reported a 7% rise in like-for-like net profit to $10.3m in the year to June, alongside a 6.2% drop in net revenue to $189.7m. Enero's Australian agencies, BMF and Orchard, demonstrated strong growth, achieving double-digit revenue growth.
