Colorado State Capitol rescinds policy banning political apparel in galleries following First Amendment threats from Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE). The change came after FIRE argued the ban was unconstitutional, following the removal of local radio host Jeff Hunt for wearing a "Pro-Life U" sweatshirt. Rules still prohibit signs, banners, and posters in the galleries.
