In a CMA survey, Monzo, Starling Bank, and Chase UK were rated as Britain's favorite banks, with 79% of Starling customers and 78% of Chase customers 'extremely likely' or 'very likely' to recommend their bank to a family member or friend. Monzo and Starling ranked first and second in customer satisfaction for business current accounts. The survey shows that Nationwide Building Society, Lloyds Bank, and Metro Bank had the highest ratings for branch services. The CMA emphasized the importance of banks listening to customer feedback and providing services that meet their needs.
