32 individuals, including a 16-year-old, have been charged in a nearly year-long interprovincial drug trafficking investigation targeting the Jamestown Crips gang in Toronto. The Toronto police collaborated with other forces from across Ontario, Manitoba, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, and Canada Border Services Agency to investigate the gang's activities in Toronto and beyond. The 11-month investigation resulted in the execution of 35 search warrants across various Ontario and Manitoba locations, leading to arrests and 158 charges, mainly related to drug trafficking, illegal firearms, and the possession of proceeds of crime. The gang allegedly operated across Ontario and used Canada Post to transport drugs for trafficking operations in Thompson, Manitoba, and St. John's.
