Australian gender pay gap at 11.5% reaches all-time low under Albanese Government's measures.

Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) reports the national gender pay gap at an all-time low of 11.5%, attributed to the Albanese Government's measures like banning pay secrecy, modernizing bargaining, and enforcing transparent gender pay gap reporting. Women's workforce participation has reached a record high of 63.2%. Despite an economic slowdown, average weekly full-time earnings grew 4.6% annually. The gender pay gap narrowed due to pay increases in female-dominated Education & Training industry.
