55-year-old Williston man dies after one-car crash; his 2004 GMC Sierra veered off 19th Avenue West and struck a parked 2004 Polaris RZR at 4:22 a.m. on Aug 13. The driver, not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
