35-year-old Rajasthan man Rehman arrested at Jaipur airport after allegedly divorcing his first wife, Farida Bano, via phone from Kuwait and marrying Pakistani woman Mehwish in Saudi Arabia. Farida Bano filed an FIR accusing Rehman of dowry harassment and triple talaq. Upon his return from Kuwait, Rehman was detained and later arrested after a lookout notice was issued.
