29-year-old Rahnda Charles of Mansfield was arrested in Connecticut for driving 118 mph on Interstate 84, a 65 mph zone. He was caught near exit 66 in Vernon and the vehicle, a Toyota Camry, was towed. Charles was released on a $5,000 bond with a court date set for August 28.
