30-year-old Justin Trane was sentenced to six months in jail and five years of probation for causing a fatal crash in Hamburg, NY, which killed 15-year-old Claire Rybij. Trane was driving under the influence of alcohol when his vehicle collided with a Subaru driven by 18-year-old Dylan Wiza, who also pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter. Wiza was found to be under the influence of cannabis during the crash. Trane's driver's license has been revoked, and if restored, he will be required to install an ignition interlock device in his vehicle for one year.
