66% of US women of reproductive age express safety concerns regarding abortion bans after the Dobbs decision.

A recent KFF survey found that a majority of women of reproductive age in the US, including many Republicans, are worried about their safety and the safety of loved ones in relation to abortion bans. Almost two-thirds of women of reproductive age expressed concerns, following the US Supreme Court's Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v. Wade. The survey found that about 66% of women of reproductive age are concerned that abortion bans could affect their safety or that of a loved one during a future pregnancy, or threaten their livelihood if an abortion is needed.
