Both countries aim to strengthen ties in areas such as economy, defense, and education, with Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expected to attend the conference. Azerbaijan has committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 35% by 2030 and increasing it to 40% by 2050, in line with the Paris Agreement.
