On 13 August, Grand Forks Police responded to an armed robbery where a suspect, a white male in his 30s, stole an electric RAD scooter using a bolt cutter and threatened bystanders. He fled southbound on the scooter. Authorities are seeking public assistance in locating the suspect and ask anyone with information to contact them at (701) 787-8000.
